Caroline Sebastiani entered real estate after a successful career as an account executive with Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox and United States Surgical. When she joined Sotheby’s International Realty® in 2004, she brought with her a powerful blend of sales expertise, logistical precision, and an exceptional ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients. A longtime resident of the Napa–Sonoma Wine Country, Caroline has built an extraordinary career representing estate homes, vineyards, and land throughout the region. Over more than two decades, she has earned a reputation for discretion, deep market knowledge, and consistent top-tier performance. • The highest-priced residential sale in Sonoma County history at $35 million

• Sonoma’s highest residential sale of 2023 at $14.75 million

In 2025, Caroline also represented both buyer and seller in one of the top three sales within Sonoma proper: a marquee Eastside estate held by a long-established legacy family. Deeply committed to her family and community, Caroline lives in Sonoma with her husband, Jonathan, and their four (almost) grown children. Caroline and Jonathan are also the owners of The Sonoma Stompers Baseball Club, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports numerous Sonoma Valley youth nonprofits and provides a beloved community tradition each year.
