Jennifer Sexton is a principal of Sexton and Mock, the Compass luxury team ranked the #1 small team in Jacksonville by sales volume by RealTrends Verified in 2026. Licensed in Northeast Florida since 2000 and a resident of the coast since 1991, she has priced and negotiated through multiple market cycles in the same communities she serves today.
Before real estate, Jennifer spent eleven years in national advertising, radio advertising sales, and pharmaceutical sales. That experience informs how she positions a listing, from pricing against current comparables to selecting the right marketing channels and defending value in a competitive negotiation.
Sexton and Mock closed $121 million across 78 homes in 2025, with an average sale price of approximately $1.55 million. That production places the team among the top 1.4% of small teams nationwide. The team has also represented the highest-priced listing in Atlantic Beach and handled transactions that established new benchmarks for the local market.
Jennifer advises sellers and relocation buyers across Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Nocatee. She holds the Certified Negotiation Expert designation.

Jennifer journeyed from a small suburb of Chicago to the shores of Atlantic Beach, trading snow boots for flip-flops and embracing the vibrant outdoor lifestyle that Jacksonville offers. She is the daughter of a REALTOR® and has said the work is in her blood, and she has raised three sons on this coast.
