Meet John Holland

With over three decades of real estate expertise, John is a top-producing professional and Founder of the Holland Group Real Estate & Home Concierge. Recognized by Top Agent Magazine and Best In Real Estate Magazine, and acknowledged as an industry expert, John excels as a Residential Property Specialist in Palm Beach County, focusing on luxury residences. With the GRI designation and the 2011 REALTOR® Institute Scholastic Achievement Award, John has a proven track record of excellence. John has spent the last two years growing his company and his team as well as launching an innovative approach to home concierges and services. 

John began his career with NAI Southern Realty in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was responsible for overall client representation, including the acquisition and divestment of commercial property, leasing, and management activities. In 2003, John relocated to Jupiter, Florida and formed the Holland Group.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina. In his spare time, John enjoys golfing, traveling and dining—and he presently lives in Jupiter with his wife Jennifer and three children.
