In parallel, Rochelle serves as a strategic advisor to new-development projects, partnering with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing and leading developers to shape sales strategy, pricing and positioning, marketing direction, and team structure. Her advisory work spans the full project lifecycle, from early planning and launch strategy through execution and sellout, bringing a rare ground-level perspective informed by decades of hands-on luxury sales experience.
Rochelle’s background includes land development and construction management, supported by a BS in Finance and an MBA/Master’s degree in Organizational Management. This combination of operational knowledge and market insight allows her to bridge the gap between design, analytics, and real-world buyer behavior.
