Meet Shelly Tretter Lynch

Shelly Tretter Lynch is considered one of the top real estate professionals in Greenwich, CT. She joined Compass as a Founding Member of the Greenwich office and is a Founding Member of the Nantucket Advisory Group. With over 25 years of experience with properties from Backcountry to waterfront communities, she consistently represents some of the finest estates in Greenwich and Fairfield County.

Prior to Compass, she was with Sotheby's International Realty as a Senior Global Advisor and top 0.5% of the company worldwide. Shelly earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Arts and has conducted graduate work in Film Studies. Shelly is a very active and involved member of several local charitable organizations and sits on a number of charitable boards. She lives in Greenwich with her husband and two children and is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors.
