Wesley Mock
Wesley Mock is a principal of Sexton and Mock, the Compass luxury team ranked the #1 small team in Jacksonville by sales volume by RealTrends Verified in 2026. A Jacksonville native and civil engineer by training, he leads much of the team’s listing work, with a particular focus on new construction and higher-value properties.
Wes earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida, where he also played soccer. He began his career in land-development engineering and contributed to development plans for several of Northeast Florida’s major master-planned communities, including Nocatee, SilverLeaf, and OakLeaf.
He later moved into building-materials sales, working closely with architects, contractors, and developers across North Florida. That combination of engineering and product knowledge gives him a practical understanding of site conditions, grading, construction methods, and build quality. For clients evaluating new construction or preparing a property for market, that perspective can identify issues and opportunities that are easy to miss.
Approximately two-thirds of Sexton and Mock’s transactions represent sellers, with the team managing a significant share of that business. The team closed $121 million across 78 homes in 2025, with an average sale price of approximately $1.55 million. It has also represented the highest-priced listing in Atlantic Beach and handled transactions that established new benchmarks for the local market.
Wes advises clients across Jacksonville and the Beaches, with an emphasis on listings, land, and new construction. His local knowledge is reinforced by long-standing relationships with many of the region’s architects, builders, contractors, and developers.
He is a member of the Compass East Coast Network, Compass Resorts, and the Luxury Presence Collective, a network of independent luxury real estate professionals across more than 50 markets worldwide. Its members represent more than $130 billion in cumulative career sales and a substantial portfolio of exclusive listings.
